1. Resume
2. Updated NBI
3. Updated Police Clearance
4. NSO Birth Certificate
5. Transcript of Records / College Diploma
6. Marriage Certificate (if any)
7. SSS ID / E-1 Form / E-4 Form
8. TIN / Philhealth / Pag-ibig (Numbers or ID)
9. Updated Barangay Clearance
10. Medical data (Physical exam, Drug test, and other information that the company needs to know)
11. Valid ID
12. 4 pcs 2×2 Photo (white background)
13. 4 pcs 1×1 Photo (white background)

– Other requirements will be informed beforehand by HR if needed.
– Come to interview with presentable attire.
